Thank you for your interest in our speed / agility ladder. After paying top dollar last year for an average quality ladder, I decided I could find better! As a high school tennis coach, I wanted something that was going to stand up to our daily use, be easy to organize and store. Most of all I wanted a ladder for our players that would help them reach top shape. It worked, as we are back-to-back San Diego CIF Champions!

I designed our ladder a bit differently than most. The average ladder on the market is 18" between rungs. The problem is with many of the drills, the athlete hits the rungs. When you're running 35 guys through drills that becomes a real pain.

So, I custom designed our speed ladder to have rungs 20" apart. They are fixed on the strap and won't get all out of shape during your drills. The rungs are also longer than many on the market, again providing your athlete with the proper amount of space needed to do the drills.

Our speed ladder is also longer than the average ladder. For example, typically when someone advertises a 15 foot ladder that's the entire length. Our ladder has 10 squares that are 20" apart. In addition, each end has 10 inches of additional strap, so that you can connect two ladders together and all squares are equal distance part! So that's almost 17 feet per ladder
